Angelica Glass is a writer, photographer, and retired social worker who has been living in Santa Cruz, California since 1979. She has two adult sons, Kita and Miles, and lives with Ellen, her wife of twenty-seven years.
In 2013, Angelica undertook a project of walking every street in Santa Cruz county. Her plan to take a snapshot on each street to document her progress sparked a passion for photography and a new way of seeing the world.
When she ran out of new roads to walk, Angelica took to local trails and when she’d walked all the named trails within the county, she started a new project: an incremental walk along the 880 mile coast of California with her longtime friend and fellow avid walker, Jo Plante.
